If your lease is up and you plan on moving you must give at least 30 days, written notice. If you are on a month to month tenancy, the notice must coincide with a monthly rental period. Your security deposit will be sent to your forwarding address within 30 days. Please return the keys to our office with your name, address, and phone number in a secured envelop or bag.
