Does Home Information Network/Mark V. Financial allow pets or smoking?

No.

We do not allow pets or smoking on the premises of our buildings. Smoking can cause some serious damage to a building and is not desirable for many tenants. When it comes to animals in the building we are very strict on this policy. Some of our buildings do allow small pets but it would require extra security deposit and sometimes even extra rent. Although I am sure your pet is very well trained, some animals have been known to destroy a building and we want to avoid any unwanted scents, commotion, noise, damage or waste clean up due to a tenants pet. If you have questions or concerns regarding this policy please call one of our agents for clarification. All service animals require proper certification that must be submitted to our office before signing of the lease.

Is there an application fee?

No.

Home information Network and Mark V. Financial give potential tenants free applications. This is part of our way of keeping rents affordable for our valued tenants. If someone wants to fill out and application and submit it you are more than welcome to do so! Our apartments are first come first serve, so the first qualified, submitted application will have the first right of refusal for our apartments.
